How To Obtain

To verify that a Notary Public is currently registered in Anoka County, bring the notarized document to the Government Center Vital Statistics office.

This service cannot be obtained at Anoka County License Centers.

Required Fee

$5.00 for first copy
$2.00 for additional copies.

The Government Center Vital Statistics office can accept payment by cash, check or credit card (Mastercard and VISA).
