State Identification CardFor information about other licenses and services, see the License Bureau home page How To ObtainA State Identification Card (initial application or duplicate) can be obtained, in person, at any Anoka County License Center. Duplicates are issued to replace a lost or stolen ID card, or for address/name changes. The current ID must be valid for a period exceeding 90 days to receive a duplicate ID. If there are changes in address or name, proper identification must be presented. Initial applications require the applicant to have a photo taken. Proper identification must be presented.
