SENIOR EXPO, PANCAKE BREAKFAST SET FOR APRIL 12
The tenth annual Anoka County
Senior Expo will be held Sat., April 12, from 9 a.m. to noon, at
Lord of Life Lutheran Church, 14501 Nowthen Blvd, Ramsey. The event
is free for senior citizens and their families. The theme is
“Celebrate Healthy Living.” Resources, entertainment and free
pancakes draw people from all over the county.
The Expo will feature free
blood pressure checks and mini-massages, along with numerous
resource booths provided by agencies who serve seniors. Visitors
will be greeted with musical entertainment.
There is ample parking and
handicapped accessibility.
The event is sponsored by the
Alliance for a Violence Free Anoka County and Anoka County Human
