Automated Telephone System

You can obtain property information by calling 763-323-5400.  You will need a Property Identification Number (PIN) to access information about a specific property. The PIN is a 9 or 12 digit number that can be found near the top left corner of the property tax statement.  [See About Your Property Tax Statement]

This property information available on the automated telephone system is updated on a continuous basis. The following information is available:

  • Tax information on a specific parcel which includes payoff information.
  • Detailed property information.
  • Tax due dates, homestead information, office hours, and other information.
  • Request a duplicate tax statement.

Specific property information on our automated phone system is available from 7:15 a.m. - 11:00 p.m., Monday through Sunday. (Occasional system updates may occur on Wednesday evenings or weekends that may disrupt service temporarily.)
