Entry of each memorial per Certificate (Torrens) $46.00 and $20.00 for multiple certificate entries thereafter
New Certificate of Title (Torrens) $46.00
Original Certificate of Title (Torrens) $46.00 plus assurance fee
Residue Certificate of Title (Torrens) $40.00
Exchange Certificate of Title (Torrens) $20.00 for each certificate cancelled and
$20.00 for each new certificate issued
Condition of Title (Torrens) $50.00
Multiple Satisfactions/Assignments/Partial Releases (Abstract) $46.00 with 4 document citations or less
$10.00 additional for each document cited over first 4
Mortgage Registration Tax .0023 of debt secured by any recorded mortgage of real property

There is a $5.00 conservation fund fee collected on each deed and mortgage where Deed tax or Mortgage Registration tax is required to be paid (applies in each county where SDT or MRT is due). Please note that if the SDT or MRT is paid in another county, the $5 conservation fee is still due in Anoka County.

($1.65 when consideration is less than $500)
