Delinquent Tax List

The Delinquent Tax List is published twice in Anoka County’s designated official newspaper.  The list is comprised of properties in Anoka County with delinquent taxes subject to tax judgment.   If tax judgment happens, a 3 or 5 year redemption period begins that can ultimately result in forfeiture of the property.
