Requirements for Participating in the Anoka County Senior Caregiver Network

To qualify for respite care:

• Caregivers must
  • • Reside in Anoka County
  • • Have responsibility for providing 24-hour care
• Care receivers must
  • • Reside in Anoka County
  • • Be age 55 or older
  • • Be unable to left alone for more than two hours
  • • Require companion care only
