The Anoka County Senior Companion Program is operated by Anoka County Community Action Program (ACCAP), a nonprofit organization serving seniors and others.

Seniors make weekly one-on-one visits to other seniors who are homebound or isolated. Companions receive meal allowance and mileage reimbursements. They may also receive a stipend if they meet program criteria.
