MinnesotaCare

Anoka County has applications for MinnesotaCare insurance.

Adults without children under the age of 18, contact Adult Intake at the Anoka County Government Center, Anoka, 763-422-7246.

Families with children under the age of 18, contact Anoka County Human Service Center, Blaine, 763-717-7730.

MinnesotaCare is a subsidized health care program for people who live in Minnesota and do not have access to health insurance. There are no health condition barriers, but applicants must meet income and program guidelines to qualify. For more information, go to the Minnesota Department of Human Services Web site.
