Anoka County maintains current lists of housing vacancies in the county. The county also maintains lists of subsidized housing and agencies that can help with funding. The program staff works with persons who are homeless and can work collaboratively with other agencies to help prevent foreclosures and homelessness.

Housing Referral Assistance has two housing resources:

• Housing Advocate - Works with families who are having a housing crisis.
• Housing Coordinator - Maintains a current list of housing vacancies in the county and acts as a resource on various subsidy programs and agencies that can help with funding.
