Community Health efforts to promote the health, safety, and well-being of community residents include violence prevention strategies.

With a focus on the message that violence is preventable, Community Health supports changing violent behavior through community education.

Staff give group presentations and provide community consultations to help establish a violence-free culture.

Community Health coordinates its efforts with the Alliance for a Violence-Free Anoka County and the Alliance Action Teams.  For more information, go to www.violencefreeanokacounty.org.
