Voter Registration
In Minnesota, to register and vote, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old on election day
- Be a citizen of the United States,
- Have resided in Minnesota for 20 days immediately preceding election
day,
- Not be under guardianship in which the court order revokes the
ward’s right to vote.
- Not have been found by a court to be legally incompetent to vote,
and
- Have the right to vote, because if convicted of a felony, your
felony sentence has expired (been completed) or you have been discharged
from your sentence
You will need to register again anytime you move or change your name. You
can get a registration card from:

Print the form, fill it out, sign it,
and mail it to Anoka County Elections, 325 East Main St, Anoka, MN 55303.
