Appliance - Used for Sale

Major appliances are large expenditures and may sometimes not be in our budgets.  A good way to stretch our dollars farther is to purchase an appliance that is used or reconditioned.  Many times families move to new homes and either bring their own appliances with them or purchase new ones to fit their new decor.  The appliance left by the previous owner could become waste unless it is sold or dismantled for recycling.

Reduce
Buy energy efficient appliances. Buy new appliances that have an ENERGY STAR label, which means they meet energy efficiency guidelines set by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Department of Energy.
