Information About:
What is shredded paper recycled into?
Shredded paper is collected, baled and taken to a paper mill where it is mixed with hot water and turned into pulp. The pulp is screened for contaminants, cleaned, often de-inked and bleached, and then made into new paper products. Shredded paper can be used to make many new paper products.
