Data License Agreements

• One-Time-Purchase License Agreement - This license agreement is for customers who purchase digital parcel and/or tax data without enrolling in the quarterly maintenance plan. The fee for this data depends on the quantity of data purchased and the current rates in the most recent fee schedule.
   
• Quarterly Updates License Agreement - This license agreement is for customers who purchase digital parcel and/or tax data with quarterly updates of the data. This agreement can be used by both the public and private sectors.  The agreement requires that the licensee first purchase the complete County parcel data set (cost approximately $1400) before enrolling in the plan. Once enrolled, the licensee will receive quarterly updates of the county's GIS data for a cost of $250/year for the public sector and $500/year for the private sector.
