SUBMIT:
1.
Two Paper Copies of the final plat, RLS, CIC,
etc.
2.
A LABELED 3 ½ inch
high density disk or CD (using dos format) with:
a.
ASCII file of point coordinates.
b.
DXF file of drawing exactly as Plat, CIC looks (no ZIP files).
Include points in
DXF
file.
c.
Use disk mailer or case when sending in a disk through the mail.
d.
Include (1) one copy of Declaration for CIC’s (Original CIC only).
3.
Plat Checking Fee:
RLS’s,
Plats and CIC’s - $250.00
+
$25.00 per lot/unit/tract (each Outlot counts as a lot).
Parks do not count as lots.
NOTE:
There is a minimum fee
of $300.00 TOTAL per plat for
all types of plats.
FOR THE PAPER COPIES:

Scale
the plats to employ THE LEAST
NUMBER OF PAGES and yet remain easy to read (1” = 100’ is
suggested).
5.
Title page must include City, County, and Section Number(s) in upper
right hand corner of page for plats, CICs, etc.
6.
If corrections are to be made on original submission,
two proof copies are to be returned for approval.
The surveyor will be notified if all corrections are approved.
FOR FILING:
7.
For filing: Submit three
Mylar copies of plat (Official, Surveyor’s Office, and City copies).
WE will stamp
them accordingly. Before
filing the plat, the final signature will be the
IMPORTANT NOTES:
At no time will this office discuss the plat or its progress with anyone
but the survey/engineer company.
Expect a three-week minimum on all PLAT, RLS, CIC, etc.,
submissions for the checking process to be completed.
